UPDATE: January 2021
In light of the recent hardship faced by so many in our community due to the pandemic, our mission has changed. Our hope is to share the Gospel message with those in our local community affected by layoffs and shut-downs, regardless of their background. If you or someone you love need a small hand up, please let us know!
To provide the Gospel to those leaving State, Federal, or County incarceration, along with their families, and the families of those currently incarcerated. By the love of Christ and the grace He provides, the newly freed person will be better equipped to acclimate and adapt to the expected norms of society. By God’s will and leading we will offer them the support of local churches, assist in obtaining community programs, and show the love of Jesus Christ. We understand the struggles faced by not only those returning home, but by the family – we’ve been in both positions. Forgiveness of self, and by the loved ones impacted, is paramount in healing. Only by the example and salvation of Jesus Christ is this possible. Freedom awaits those who are ready to accept it.
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
John 8:12
